Been noticing it but really took a closer look today at a lot of logs, he is not backstabbing at all. Bront also confirmed from parse that his rogue also is not backstabbing.

- does it have a piercing weapon?
- does it sneak behind the target?

i post a parse in a little bit, i actually just saw my rogue backstab - but its the first one in about 30min worth of combat.

so not sure if their positioning is just odd now or what, but after looking over the logs they definately arent backstabbing wtih the rate they were a few days ago.

And yes my rogue is using a dagger in MH 8).

Where are you testing at? I know in air it has issues getting behind some of the NPC models like the stormriders, ill watch my bot today and see if its changed but it usually backstabs regularly.

yeah ive noticed that issue in air before, but was in Ssra - killing everything in there, never had noticed an issue with rogue positoning in Ssra before but certainly could have been the issue. was noticing that its Backstabbing fine in ldons.

After source code of server they should backstabb. If it is possible try to dance for your rogue: if she is not positioning well try to turn and pull bit away that NPC / MOB. Report your experiences.

So far everything seems fine, little micromanagement required, but nothing mroe than usual with em.

I have no clue what was happening in Ssra earlier today, but ldons have been fine, ToV fine, ST fine and poair fine.

so looks like it might have been a fluke or my parse was just recording info wrong.
