Recent bot fix

I realize that the new bot fix for super bots capped some stuff would it be possible to elaborate as to what all was capped specifically? As when I give or remove items to bot I see stats seem to be capped at 255. If bots are supposed to get all passive aa's shouldnt those be higher? I know its a low priority subject but just curious as to what all was actually capped.
