Bard donor bp possible bug

Nature of Bug:
Bard donor bp doesnt seem to do anything. No illusion, no change in crits to crippling blows. Max crit when clicking bp is no different crits while bp isn't clicked. Hard to know if bp buff is active, there is no buff icon so I dont when it's really over.

Client type: UF
Any 3rd party programs used: Mq2
Bug reproducible on live server: Unknown, I dont have the bard bp on live server

More info:

If I stop singing songs, the bp buff seems to start working (I can see lots of crippling blows).
I wait the 3 minutes for bp to reset, twist 4 songs, click bp, and no apparent effect (no crippling blows).
I wait the 3 minutes for bp to reset, stop twisting songs, click bp, the bp buff seems to start working (I can see lots of crippling blows).

Also: if you zone while the bp is on cooldown, the cooldown timer instantly resets to 0.
