[Fixed] Gladiator - Not affected by focus

Nature of Bug:
Gladiator Rk 3 and Sune Gladiator Rk 3 buff duration is not being affected by focus effects. Buffing with Sune Spirit of the Lion Rk. 3 is giving over 11 minute duration while Gladiator is static at 5 minutes regardless if casting using spell (ID 9201) from shaman with dark enhancement or buffing from warrior dark enhancement.

Spirit of the Lion when cast from Shaman gives 11 minute duration with dark enhancement + AA.
Spirit of the Lion when buffing from Warrior gives 8+ minute duration with dark enhancement.

It appears to be something with the focus effect as both spells start at their default times, 5 minutes and 6 minutes, then should bump up to around 11 minutes each.

Update: Looks like gladiator is not being affected by any focus as cast time shows a straight 8 sec

Fixed. Gladiator line was set to never extend with new code

Extends correctly now but cast time is not affected by focus (swiftness) -- still showing 8 sec on shaman.
