It seems to me the big difference in DPS is centered around the focus - with it the % difference is much greater than without.

Fixed -- There still may be a little variance in the overall DPS due to changes in AC coding. But the bug with this was that pet dmg was only receiving 50% of the pet focus. So immortal minion was only giving it 35% dmg boost instead of 70%.
