[Fixed] No godly points? Points not spending?

Name of character: Eschew ( and associated crew of characters )
Class of character: Warrior
Is in a group: (Yes/No) - No & tes
Is in a raid: (Yes/No) - No & yes
Has a Bot spawned: (Yes/No) - No
Zone: (all or specific zone(s) - Halls of Honor, Nadox
Nature of Bug: Killing the mobs in Halls of Honor does not provide points. We confirmed by asking the npc's to tell us how many points we have, killing some mobs, and asking again - there is no point game. We cannot talk to the npc to enable godly points either, because he says we already have them enabled.
Bosses also do not provide points, just confirmed by Draekon kill. Handing in symbols of the gods does provide points though.
The above is not reproducible on live.
However, another bug occurred to us when trying to spend the points. I bought the HoH gloves for 3k points, and lost the 3k points for it. I then turned in a symbol of the gods for 100 points; it gave me the 100, and i still had the 3k points i spent on the gloves. Essentially i bought the gloves but it does not take my points away, and i could buy multiple 3k pieces without the points spending. The points would appear spent when buying, but turning in symbols or killing mobs just added to the original amount of points you had.
For example: I have 5000 points. I buy the gloves for 3000. I now have 2000 points. I kill a Death Wrulan, and earn 3 points. I now have 5003 points. The situation is the same when turning in symbols of any kind.

EDIT: This did not work with the 10k point augments. Just the gear. I decided to retest this to make sure it wasn't a server sync issue... I bought an item, and waited 5 minutes to try and earn more points. It still restored all the points I spent on the 1k item i bought. This seems to only work with evolving gear; none of the other gear from the other vendors does this.
EDIT 2: Also, Nadox does not provide points either.
