[Fixed] Cleric Bot

Nature of Bug: Cleric bot doesn't cast a heal onto pet until/ unless it is less than 50% health. This goes for both donor pet and the T8 Rk2 pet (checked both because I thought total HP might have been an issue). In or out of battle if pet is over 50% bot doesn't heal it, on live bot starts healing pet at around 80%. Bot heals me at like 97% though.

Also noticed that the bots healing is weaker. On live bot exceptional heals for ~14k, on test it is ~7k. Guessing that has to do with focus items. Bot also wasted mana on nukes a few times, but that might have been a response to getting hit as he didn't do it every time (across like 15 fights it happened during 3 or 4 fights).

As a side note - bot announces in group chat - 'Casting *heal spell* on *target*" (IE - Casting Pious Lght on Wila) - this is AWESOME. Both because now I know when bot is actually doing something and I know better what spells it uses (so far Pious Light and Pious Remedy).

Also - Bots seem to go oom very fast. I just did a run through Chardok with my warrior on test and live and on live my cleric never went below 50% mana - on test my cleric went oom and stayed nearly oom the whole time in the zone.
