[Fixed] Game crash upon death

Name of character: Wilsmash
Class of character: Berserker
Is in a group: Yes and No
Is in a raid: No
Has a Bot spawned: Yes and No
Zone: Crushbone
Nature of Bug: When I get killed the program hangs and I have to ctrl+alt+del out of it. When I restart it character is in The Arena. Though it was because of illusion - so tried without and it still happened. Also thought it could have been bot, but happened with no bot. Tried it on a different character and death worked just fine - zoned back to the forest / bind point. It says 'Returning to Crushbone' after the death, so idk. I bound in forest before first death and again after second.
Though - I just made this guy on the test server, so maybe that has something to do with it?
Client type: UF
Any 3rd party programs used:None
Bug reproducible on live server: No

K need a tid bit of information on this one:
Things to try:
1) Camp out and log back in and die (dont do anything else)
2) Summon Bot and die
3) Summon bot and group with him and die
4) Summon bot and group then disband and die
Gimme the results of those and should help narrow down the issue quickly

Only done the first one so far - camping to character select and logging back in to die = crash. Camping all the way out and back in to die = crash.
I noticed this time around though: when I do /charinfo it comes up as blank. So I bound at chump and did /char info again - said I was bound in the forest. I camped out and back in - /charinfo returned to blank. Zoning also resets /charinfo to blank after binding.
Doing the cycles with bots now - just thought that was interesting enough to mention now.

Haven't done the bot deaths yet. I logged in a character I made on the first day of testing and /charinfo says he is bound in Shar Vahl. Bound with Chump and zoned - bind reset to Shar Vahl.
When I made Wilsmash I think it was set to Crescent Reach as the home city - this might be why his bind is blank.

Hmm thats weird. it shows you bound in forest in the DB

Just took this on Wilsmash:

And logged Wilcroon back in to test it:

It seems (for those two at least) that Chump isn't binding them or something. I made a couple new characters to test it out on - but from the start they come up as bound in the forest, so that didn't help.
Does it show what his home city is? Maybe if it is Crescent Reach that might confuse it somehow? Not sure if the Origin AA works or not - never tried it - but perhaps that is the issue.

Wilcroon also went to Shar Vahl upon death.

Never got around to testing with the bots as it seemed to be a bind issue.
To which I tested it by binding Wilsmash in GFay with WIla, my mage. Then we had a mini duel - right after binding him he zoned back to Gfay no problem - but his /charinfo reset to blank. I dueled him again without rebinding and it was a crash.
Also - Wila has two bind points listed on her /charinfo - both being Shadowed Grove (before it was Everfrost Peaks, Shadowed Grove - but I rebound her in forest before this experiment).

Just logged in Cahal and he also is showing two bind points - both being Shadowed Grove.

Cahal shows that way on live too so maybe I'm just over analyzing lol

/charinfo will list your bind location and home city, it's why the duplicate city names.

Wilcroon and Wilsmash only have one listed (when one is listed) - is what threw me off. Wilcroon is locked into Shar Vahl - binding elsewhere and zoning resets it; Wilsmash resets to blank after zoning.
Making a new character to test if it is just an issue around when they were created.
