[Fixed] Chaos - HoH

Has a Bot spawned: No
Zone: HoHb - Chaos Instance
Nature of Bug:
Once crystals went live started to get some strange messages (see image):
says"
has taken damage from your (symbols)
says 'ERROR: String not found. (0)'
Client type: SoD
Any 3rd party programs used: MQ2
Bug reproducible on live server: Was not there last time I killed it - 2 or 3 weeks ago I think
Just an overall observation - I have been killing this Mob for awhile now (1.5 years + ?). I normally don't lose anyone, it takes maybe 3 discs on Grussum, Defender's Guard 3 + donor to take Chaos down to 34 and Defenders Guard 3 for the crystals. For this fight I went through Defenders Guard, donor, defenders guard to take him to 34 then Immaculate ring of dolgrem and defenders again for the crystals. This may be due to the pet damage issue but it still seemed to take quite a bit longer once I engaged wizards, short debuffs, etc.
For the eyes, I kite with the SK (Deao) after clicking HoH chest - hits I believe are between 600-800. Even with the BP clicked eyes were hitting for 2K+.
Normally I can tank for a bit without having to disc due to healing automation, cleric group heal, mighty, etc. I tried without a disc here and he beat me pretty good - 34% before I started a disc again. I normally don't see 60% even without a disc.
I don't have any hard evidence as I don't do dps parses and the like. If you need something like that please let me know of the program to use.
