As always the Head Hunter quest is really worth doing, final reward is a face slot item with 50 resist all. Not sure what it stacks with need to finish mine for testing.

If it count as the same buff as on live it will stack with all of them. Also forgot dead man floating. In like most people I already got my resist max by just gear. Unless there going to up the resist cap.
