BUG? Keep losting buffs

Hello~ Is there any bug? Im losting buffs every few mins~
From HP buff to Sow buff....
I try in CoM, KC, LowGuk all did the same~

Never have this problem b4~

Heya, a few questions, help us troubleshoot:

- is it happening with all your characters?
- what levels are your characters having this problem?
- do you have our latest custom spell file (correct date, correct client version and in the right folder)?
- are you in combat, or is it totally random when it happens?
- does it happen to all your buffs or just a few of em?

Ive had this happen (with character with correct spellfile).

No buffs in a certain zone, but rezone and the buffs came back
