Best places to find Level 70 spells

I apologize if this topic has been covered before, I tried to search the forums first but the words "level 70 mage spells" were too common for it to find any posts.

I just hit level 70 with my mage last night. When I went to Organ, I noticed that the last spells I received from him were lvl 69, and I assume that the others are all world drops?

I was fortunate enough to catch someone offering up my lvl 70 single target DD in in OOC as it was going to rot, and occasionally I see level 70 spells on vendors that must have been sold to them as trash.

That said, where would be the best place to find these spells, particularly my level 70 pet(s) and summoned weapons/items?

* Found the spells on Magelo, hadn't occured to me that I should have looked there first

i find ice well usually drops those lesser 70 spells frequently. mobs are easy and spells are easy to get. after those, pof and higher will be the place to go.
