Silver Ribbon - Help please!

Where can I find silver ribbon? I can't get into Gunthak or Cresent Reach. I know someone who bought it in another zone but he can't remember where.

Please help if you can.

Gunthak along with other LoY zones has been on a lock-down for last year, to prevent outside people getting into Stonebrunt. It was reserved for Alt-P, but so far wasn't utilized.

perhaps TS vendors from Gunthak can simply be moved to another zone - like PoK

Add my voice to the fray - please allow access to those vendors! I think that Abysmal Sea is the place to put them; by far the most plentiful merchant population of all zones.

I wouldnt object at all to any of those vendors from the locked zones // or the drops being placed on vendors or moved to another non custom zone drop table.
Would open up several other paths at various skill ranges and allow for some random items to be made that most people ignore but I would have found useful.
