New Player - Starter Class?

Hello everyone,

I was searching the eqemu server list and thought I would drop in. My question is simple enough: Would Beastlord be a good Getting Started On THF class? I am married with 2 children and a wife, so I have a hard time these days with fully focused and un-interupted game play.

P.S. I have played EQ live for many years, so I am not a total gaming newb!

I play a warrior, great class but what makes it work for me with my 2 kids and wife is the donator item that gives me FD. Being able to just flop down and walk away from my computer is huge. Thus if you would prefer not to donate for such an item at this time, might i suggest a Necro or Monk for your first toon.

Feign Death (FD) is pretty much a must for when the kiddies come tugging at your short tails right after one of "those pulls". Necros, but as long as you're not doing big pulls a bot (which you can get without donating, if I had cash to throw around I'd gladly do so though the server is well worth it) can most often finish things up for you. I can't even remember half the stuff for monk it has been so long lol.

Any class will do fine starting out with a bot, I'm much like you moving into a new home 2 kids 1 three years old and 1 three months maybe get 2-3 hours of play time every other day, I play a SK so I can FD but I also try and box 2 other toons without FD.

most of the time you can set your team up in a safe area and its not an issue if your not in middle of a kill to walk away for 15-30m
