4 Horizontal hotbars

Title says it, I'm just going for an interface addon that will give me 4 horizontal hotbars, rather than having the default 2 horizontal and 2 vertical. Anyone have any Ideas? I checked around this forums here, and couple other places but didnt find what I want.

I still haven't found a working interface for UF with 4 horizontal bars. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. I tried 1 file someone suggested but I loaded it and nothing changed. I do get "Your XML files are not compatible with current EverQuest files" every time I log a toon in.
