Disconnecting when trying to enter guild hall

I get disconnected when trying to enter my guild hall. It happens on all my toons and on mulitple accounts. It also happens on my backup client. I tried a fresh install as well. I am using the UF client. This had not been an issue until today when i tried to log in. I believe I logged off yesterday in my guild hall. Any ideas?

Had this issue Saturday night/Sunday morning, but it was zoning period, and zoning made it to where I cannot log in to the server on any toon that is not in Forest or Guild Hall.
