yes i could use just a lil help from the staff please i farmed my aps until i could afford an ear ring and i did not receive the ear ring and lost my points not asking for stuff back or any thing of the such but id like to know if its a bug or what so i don't have to do this repeatedly thank you

That isn't a normal thing in the least, so there are a few questions that need to be asked to narrow down both the problem and the solution.
1) Starting basic. The item is not in your inventory bags. Might it have auto equipped? Purchasing items from vendors will auto equip them before placing them in a bag, so long as the equipment slot isn't filled already.
2) What client are you using? What item did you purchase?

1) no i did not receive the item i had no open slots on my mage 1)a i did how ever have open bag slots 1)b i was trying to purchase the shiny earring of the lost for 400 adv points 2) i am using titanium but will be upgrading to under foot soon
