Can't zone in to Planes of Storm

it seems almost like lag and it not responding. it does not crash the game or anything it just wont allow me to zone over. i was told that some people had this problem due to the client type they use, any truth to this and does any one know what i can do to fix it?

There are some post about this on the forums already. You most probably have missing or corrupted PoStorm files.
