Cant connect

I want to try this server out. I have a client and used the updater. It lets me go through server select but when i choose the server it gets about 1/2 inch of the loading screen then just stops. The music keeps playing however

I am downloading mirror 2 off the website right now. I pulled a fresh copy of UF from my old pc and threw patcher inside. I ran it and got this error

If you have only tried loading it from the patcher make a shortcut. I can't get mine to load using the patcher.

Find eqgame.exe and make a shortcut. In the Properties find the Target. After the stuff in the Target window add patchme.

See if that helps the memory error your getting.

I finally got it to work. but now I have insane lag and when I try to load a 2nd box it has a mass gfx glitch.
7th gen i5, 12 gig ram and 6gig gfx card. on other servers I can run 8-10 box full gfx no lag. I turned down everything and still same thing happens.

If you have downloaded files from an eqemu other than THF you often get conflicts/crashes. You need a clean installation without any files from another server.
