I'm sure we all want things to make our own personal playing experience the best it can be, but, there also has to be some line that keeps this game the magical thing that it is. I think the coth orb is an amazing item, as are the donor coth items, so I'd want to keep them as they are, simply because I remember the excitement of using them the first time...

The only thing I would change about the donor group coth is allowing it to coth the group of your target instead of the group you are in. This would provide a boost in its convenience by not having to group shuffle while keeping its functionality basically the same.

This would be handy as it is we need to jockey the raid about to use it effectively. But as it is, it is a great help. These are convenience things and we all know EQ was originally designed to make sure that everything was exceedingly tedious.

Time to nerf mage CotH!

Mages are handy and the best pet class but....they are nerfed in general. Their big claims to fame were their damage shields and their indispensable CoTH, both can be done with clickies in game.
