The werewolves in Qeynos hills are not spawning. I use UF client if that helps any.

Ive been working on this recently and i looked up the connected zones to Shadowrest but i can not figure out how to get into the zone if anyone would find pity on my poor dumb soul and let me know how to enter it.

NPC in Plane of Knowledge, middle of the zone near tower/library if I remember right.
