The Hidden Forest

This is weird, my brothers account crashes when he tries to go from the server select to the character select screen.

I have tried to log his account in on my computer as well it does the exact same thing as it does on his computer but my accounts work.

Any ideas?

p.s. - This is on the thf login server.

Maybe his toon is stucked on a zone that you have corrupted files and this wont let you log. Try the stuck char mover from thf portal to port his toon to the forest before you log and try again

That is a good idea, but I already tried it.

Then I got to thinking, why would character select on both computers (his and mine) be corrupt for only his account? Why would trying to get to character select crash? It does not make any sense. He has other toons on that account.

I was out of ideas so I had him create a new account and am in the process of helping him level.
