Garanel Rucksif

Has anyone seen this guy in Unrest? What is his spawn timer, because I don't think he's spawned in a while. Has anyone killed him in the last few days? I just wanted to make sure he wasn't bugged or something. Thanks.

Well don't know what guide you are talking about but on wikipedia, it's clearly said befallen

yeah I argued about that location for a while...
Wiki location is correct, but the walkthrough on the forums is not
Fangor - Task 3 (Kithicor)
Your next task is similar in concept to the last one, but slightly more difficult. Fangor now requests you slay four NPC's who are in different zones. The four NPC's you need to slay are:
Terrorantula (South Ro)
Fearsome Spectre (Oasis)
Mayong Mistmoore (Castle Mistmoore)
Garanel Rucksif (Unrest)

yeah he was moved when Unrest was closed for customization. The guide was written prior to that.
