What practical purpose would there be for using the temp de-level NPC other than grouping with friends? As far as I know, there are no level bound quests are there? Just curious

Yes, atm it's basicall an option to group with lower lvl friends.. or to grind some AAs at lower lvl..
I'm thinking of the possibilities to make some lvl related quest/content tho..
