Your post unfortunately does not contain images. Can you describe what is happening or add them through the upload tool to a post?

Graphical tearing is usually either a memory issue or might need to update video drivers. I also see it sometimes when a char has crashed to char select and I log them back in instead of closing the session and starting from scratch.

hmm not happening on titanium client. only on UF (at this time.. )

It's not likely the client causing it though. I.e. the fix would be something your end. First step with these graphical glitches is to update your video drivers, if you haven't already. It may not fix it but it's worth doing anyway.
You may try turning off some video settings. I'd start by switching off all Luclin models. Then try playing with the video settings on Display advanced.

Fix seems to have been: turn off a lot of the huge graphic demands UF has as a default client.
Didn't realize just how many setting there were in UF when it came out !
