Server connection could not be reached.

Im getitng this message when i go to log in. I followed the install guide does anyone know where i might have messed up?
Is this when you enter acct info?
Make sure your eqhost.txt shows exactly:
[LoginServer]
Host=login.thehiddenforest.org:5999
