Help with 3.0 Cleric

So one part of the cleric 3.0 asks to forage armor parts. My cleric is a Dark Elf, and can't forage. Can this be done by another character or do I need to choose raid progression?

There are two parts that you can find if the garden of the Kormiff female (Madam K), and there you can forage the other two parts. Of course it can be done by other people The two parts you loot are nodrop, but the other two being foraged are droppable.
Vaion made epics so all class are involved to enable people to work together.
