it's the right place probably. There are 4 spawns. Was working few months ago when I did it.

Probably the same problem Blique had too.

wiki/index.php/Warrior_Epic_3.0 - it is in nurga, but he was probably in droga thinking it was nurga.

I don't like to resurrect old threads, cause it implies old mistakes are still being made, but...
Here are some clarifications (so that we can prevent some ambiguity):
Temple of Droga
--------------------
- has a few "a goblin miner" that /con white (i.e. lvl 70), are slightly quicker to respawn than the other other trash mobs in the zone and drop no trash. The other trash /cons grey, green or light blue. As a point of reference, "a goblin minor" does not exist in Live in this zone, according to the EQ Allaclone.
- killing "a goblin miner" will occasionally respawn "Goblin Miner", a lvl 70 mob that drops no loot.
- the THF Allaclone lists "a goblin miner", Goblin Miner, Ggurvkilk Trigger and King Ggurvkilk as being in this zone.
- can't be zoned into directly from Elyse the portal fairy.
Mines of Nurga
------------------
- has a few "a goblin miner" that /con grey (to a lvl 70 toon). They match the usual trash mobs in this zone. As a point of reference, "a goblin miner" is listed in the EQ Allaclone as being in this zone.
- "a goblin miner" is listed in the THF Allaclone as being in this zone. Neither Goblin Miner, Ggurvkilk Trigger nor King Ggurvkilk are listed as being in this zone.
- can be zoned into from Elyse's list.
I say all this because, in looking at the above data, it implies that Droga's population has been modified to include the mobs necessary for the Warrior Epic 3.0 while Nurga's population has not.
Purpose of my post: I am providing occasional help to a friend who is doing the Warrior Epic 3.0. He is using both this thread and the wiki. He has been able to spawn Goblin Miners in Droga but killing them is not updating his quest. He has not been able to spawn Goblin Miners in Nurga. He is on his fourth day.
He says he did choose the Solo version of this quest step. And when he gets close to Ggurvkilk, it gives him a msg indicating that he can't do the Raid event.
Can we get a verification that this step works? That its not been broken by some recent program change (perhaps even the RoF2 change)? Or maybe verification by someone who has completed this step recently and did so by spawning Goblin Miners in Nurga and not Droga? And if thats so...Nurga not Droga...then can we get an Allaclone update?
When this part of friend's epic is done, I think I will be adding some clarification to its wiki article.

So to clarify whats right.
The zone to hunt "a goblin miner" in is in fact Droga and not Nurga
There are 4 spawn points of White con "a goblin miner" with a rare spawn of Goblin Miner

Err...I could have sworn that I saw the mob King Ggurvkilk listed in the Allaclone as being in Droga but now its not. I guess when you work on something long enough, you start introducing errors of your own. /sigh
But Ggurvkilk Trigger is indeed listed when you use the Zone tool, and King Ggurvkilk is listed in the NPC tool. And while helping my friend, I saw Ggurvkilk Trigger in the zone via MQ2Maps and I asked my friend to run to it to see what would happen, as a test. Why was he up when the Solo path had been chosen? I don't know.
I've edited the wiki to clarify this step a bit, and made some other minor corrections while I was there (spelling, punctuation, formatting, etc.).
The entry for the King lists him as dropping a head which implies that the step is, technically, completed when the head is turned in to someone rather than by just killing him. But since I have never done that step nor seen anyone do so I have left that wiki sentence sorta ambiguous. I think we have all played EQ enough to be able to handle that. 8-)
Oh and btw, the problem that my friend was having was verified by the devs as being a program script error.
