Fast one.
Does slowing a mob casting DT (typically Dread and Terror) actually decreases their DT cooldown?

Is there any other strat that I missed for these 2 buggers besides DPSing them the best we can?

No donor shield, so relying on group aura to survive (35% divine intervention).
I ve started to work on a 2nd tank to double my survivability but I haven't retried fear yet.

Slowing a mob does not typically slow down their DT spells. Sometimes DT's are coded as part of the encounter script (handled via quest files on the server) and sometimes it is a casted spell. Both are unaffected by slow type spells.

As for the Divine intervention, just so you know, a cleric with DI aura will have a higher % chance for it to fire. The DI Aura % does stack with the cleric DI AA boosts. Cannot remember the actual final % off the top of my head, but I believe it is significantly higher than 35%.

I remember you telling me V that a cleric with maxed aa and the witchdoctor aura, was doing an approx 70% DI. Can't find it in private forum so I guess I deleted the post maybe.

which cleric AA are we talking about? "Unfailing divinity"?
Since touch of the divine seems to only apply to the cleric himself.

Hmm, thinking loudly. Since it is a passive ability, this would mean that cleric bots have it?
So if you are in a group with a toon having aura of the witch doctor , no cleric but a cleric bot, the bot would also increase your aura of witch docteur rez% from 35 to 70ish?

yeah, unfailing divinity + Witchdoctor.

Unfailing divinity + Aura of the Witch Doctor = 80% of Divine Intervention on group

Bots do not get Unfailing divinity AAs, only a real cleric character gets the AA.
