Curious's Dragon is a human and his sword has unknown effect

Ok i am working from a clean Titanium install, I have installed the patcher and it says everything is up to date. When i speak to Curious his prompts show that there is something wrong with both the Spell_us file and the globalload file. So i deleted both and reran the patcher. Still getting the same issue.
running Windows 7 sp1

Did you run the THF Patcher? If so, did you install it to the correct EQ directory?

Yes EQ was installed to a specific folder just for this server and the THF patcher is installed and pointed to the correct folder. I am launching from the patcher not the mod'd EQ link.

Try downloading the file pack for windows XP and manually moving the files into your EQ directory. let us know if that works.
