The Hidden Forest

Any tips for VT? I have the key to the main building. Once in, so far the respawn time has been insane to the point that i get to the first set of doors and stuff is respawning. I seem to pull entire sections as well where i thought i was pulling 3 or 4 skeletons, next thing i am getting is 15-20 it seems. Not looking for complete spoilers but after 10 wipes just from trash looking for hints if anyone is willing.

Unless you are going for completion of the zone, my biggest suggestion would be to just farm the mobs inside the halls until you have the key for the next section. Make sure your rogue has the key.

The first few bosses in the first hall aren't really worth killing imo. They don't drop the class items and their entire loot table can be found on the later bosses that do. Plus if you have a rogue with a coth orb, you can skip all the trash. Then once you've killed the talriem brothers event, you'll never have to kill another trash mob again if you don't want to.

So if you want to save yourself some Rez time, get the second key on your rogue and go straight to Jantarx. The hall right before him is big enough to summon all your toons without agroing anything.

The funnest events are in that hall you are in now. I would recommend completing them even though you will very soon let all of that loot rot.

I also recommend learning the trash mobs. Each has a strat. You have not learned the skellies from the sound of it.

Like galadace said. First hall has really hard and interesting boss to kill. Strategy is a must there. The first boss of phase 2 requires some too but rest is far easier. Also fact that you wiped means that you havent found out everything about each trash mob. Just pull one or two and fight it slowly To understand it. If you want to skip that send me a pm.
To me skipping phase 1 is a mistake. Understandable but a mistake. Depends What is fun for you.

Found the quest giver room which seems like a decent place to pull from to clear out the area before the named. Still working on what each of the trash does seeing as i normally get some of each on every pull.

Just a tip : kill behemot first or they become annoying quickly because too long fight. And yes, that place is perfect to pull from.
