If you camp with items in no rent (mage summoned for example) bags,do the bags and items disappear?

I know on live the bag gets changed to a heavier bag if it has non no rent items in it.

Yes. The bag poofs, and contents poof with it. Just like the old days of live before they made the heavy bag change.

/cry that's a tough lesson to learn the hard way.
