The Hidden Forest

The THF Server Information page has this fantastic custom map, but when I run around the world is laid out exactly like Live from what I can tell. What's up with that? Did I do something wrong or not do something I was supposed to?

Zones are pretty much the same geography. Ways of getting there are different and contents of the zones are quite a bit different.
