Highpass Hold

I put in a petition this morning but haven't heard anything back yet. Wondering if any in the community might have ideas I could try to get access to my character back. Long story short, while doing the Epic 2.0 quest I zoned into highpass hold through the kithicor forest zone line. I got an error message saying the zone doesn't exist and the game kicked me out.
I'm using the Underfoot Client, I've tried the stuck character tool but getting message saying character doesn't exist. He's there in the Magelo, Castielle. I've tried copying files I got from another person and overwriting my existing highpass Hold files but that didn't help either, zone doesn't exist. I don't believe they were on UF client, think they're on RoF client ( not sure if that matters )
Any other thoughts of things I can try ? We replaced a total of 20 files in EQ main directory, I think he included Highhold Keep as well. Anybody else run into this ? I also tried installing a copy of titanium edition on another directory, but in the limited time I had I couldn't get it to connect to THF. Patcher ran without a hitch, but wouldn't find server.

I did this exact same thing today, from Kithicor into Highpass. After using the Stuck Character Mover i tried the Normal Zones Teleporter, but she can't port to Highpass either.

Is this zone supposed to not exist?

I ran the patcher and it didn't download anything so files definitely appear to be up to date.
