The Hidden Forest

Who is the npc that starts the scavenger hunt? Can't seem to find it.

Having the same issue here, got every thing collected, just no one to start / finish the quest for it.

What did you collect without starting the quest?

Sry for delayed response, I had went around and collected all the hidden clues #1-10.

So the npc isnt spawning? The other events seem to be working although havent quite figured out how polar bear king works, yesterday failed tier one many times, rgc spam usually causes curse spawns, finally a single cast won the event, guess its hit or miss. tried rank 3 couldnt get it to stick so gave up as mobs hit much harder, more difficult to kite.

The good old white polar bear is back to his cave.. sorry about his delay..

Gotta keep casting till he is cured

I checked to make sure it was working right w/spam RGC and did find one instance where it could return an error and fixed it. (live now)
