If there's no drop info listed and no vendor info, then it likely isn't available on THF. Oddly enough I don't see it from eqlive item databases either. Might be something that was planned and never implemented fully.

Ahhh thats to make velium trio rings ears and masks etc older everquest live combine to twink characters. Would allow you to be level 1 with like 250 hp mana stats using cut gems. Def not on thf
