new Gobble race

I have tried this race about 10 times, and it is impossible. He is slowing, and porting so much I don't see how anyone can do this. Any help on this?

I know the fusteration with this race from past Thanksgivings. I don't remember it being this hard to finish.

Just tried it again multiple times with diff toons. there is no way to win this. no way to get rid of the snare, and ports you so much. Not to mention there is a HUGE hole in the middle of the zone you have to go AROUND (I have died multiple time falling in)

Well, did you try to run the race with friends, as suggested by the event npc? I mean I can remove the snare but then the whole run would became trivial.
