Should you needing help searching for the information, see below.

Click on the "Wiki" link on the banner at the top of this page, on the following page there will be a column to your left hand side, search for "custom - extras" were you will then find "custom vendors" link. Zimbo the Haggle Baron is who you need, located in Qeynos Aqueduct System.
