Black Market Sphere

Anyone know what this is? I don't remember seeing it during the xmas event. Its in the same room as the Fat Lakeskater. I can't seem to keep it targeted.

Not sure how they sneaked back in, will remove.

They probably had some purpose on live but I don't know what

Edit: I tihink I removed it, I couldn't actually see it game but there was a spawn entry there which I've disabled now.
