The Hidden Forest

Hello,

I've noticed some AAs require your character to be a certain "Tier" to train. E.g., Wizzy Mastery of Destruction. And I think I've seen messages on some characters that my tier has increased.

Is there a wiki page or description somewhere about what this "Tier" is and how to increase it? I assumed it was my raid tier but that doesn't seem to be the case. And is there a way in game to check your tier?
