Guide: Where's Custom LDoN?

This guide is written to point the new player in the right direction on how to do the custom LDoN content on The Hidden Forest.

First, at the time of this writing, your character MUST be level 65 or higher to enter the LDoN hub zone (The Hidden Vale).

A quick minor tip for the new player: If you are soloing with 1 character and a summoned Bot, be sure to turn /tgb off then use the buffer with your bot next to you and grouped, it will also receive buffs.

I'll start at the forest, since by level 65 everyone should have picked up their Forest Gate Stone (If for some reason you have not, talk to the Forest Greeter and click the text):

Find Trixy, pictured here and click your mouse on The Hidden Vale. Text::

Upon Loading into the Vale your screen will look something like this (possibly bigger resolution and better graphics):

Soul Binder seen here will place you back into the Vale if you were to die, instead of the Forest:

The Orcs Against the Wall are used to Request a LDoN Adventure:

First you must group with your Bot or at least 1 other character, but you may take an entire group if you wish.

Then right click one of the Orcs:

Make sure Adventure Difficulty is on Normal to start with then pick either Collection, Slaughter, Normal, Rescue, or Random.

Once an adventure is requested you can Accept to take the adventure or Decline to try again for a different one.

After the adventure is selected, you will receive a 30 minute count down (this is how long you have to zone into the instance):

See Abley (Adventure Teleporter) Fairy to port to the specific zone before your instance:

Everfrost Port in. Blue Line on the Compass gives you the direction to zone in:

Then you simply kill and complete task at hand:

Every point earned goes into the same pool, so you can do all the different instances while still earning toward the same point total.

If you plan on making a habit of doing LDoN, I strongly recommend you buy the Token of the Vale with your first LDoN win. This gates melee classes to the Vale instead of the Forest saving you an extra zone load every single adventure:

Edit: Lost my Bot due to my client crashing, but it did not effect the outcome of the adventure.

Rewards:

Assuming you have the custom global load file, the reward chests look like this:

Right click and Select the item you want and click Purchase just like a vendor:

All LDoN points earned go towards the Ruj: credit no matter which instances you run.

At 25 points an LDoN with items costing 2000+ points, yes it will take quite awhile to obtain those items. But, keep in mind, those items are 9 times out of 10 better then the top end raid gear that people have to organize and group to obtain. Where as LDoN can be done by yourself with a Bot.

Hopefully this can serve as a spot for new player LDoN questions, and leave the LDoN specific thread for balancing and item suggestions or such.
