The Hidden Forest

Does an item with the Pre Nerf CoS effect exist in the game? I looked at the Frontier Mountains mob list and it appears they only drop the nerfed version. Anyone know if there is the ability to get this in raid content or something?

The effect is instant click invis. This is dropped from one of the named that spawn during the Caller Quests in Fungus Grove.
