just an quick question:

Does % mods that affect skills stack ?
(per example: i one item with +10% double attack, and one with +15%. Will both effects stack to +25% chance on double attack or only the highest with 15% ?).

Any maximum on those skill % mods ?

They dont stack. The highest % value will be used.

So far the highest % mod i can think of is 20%... but there is probably one higher i can't think of.

unfortunatly they do not stack. i believe the highest % is used at that time.
