How do I get my group started in an LDoN instance?

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'd love to get back into those instances for our group it would be perfect.
Here's the link I went to but it appears to be out of date or not match, the characters are still there but they don't allow me to engage in an LDoN instance (tried hailing and right clicking).

There are NPCs in the hidden vale that you right click on like a merchant and it will open an LDoN window so that you can request your adventure. I believe you need to be 61+ in order to obtain them but im not 100% positive on the level as I haven't done it pre-70.
The leader accepts the mission and it will auto popup on everyone else.

Oh wow thats quite different from how LDoN was introduced then...no wonder I'm having such a rough time finding it. I'm almost positive you could go there at level 20 or so and request an instance. Hm...well back to the drawing board for instances at this level I guess! thanks for your info.
