Crash trying full screen / Screen flicker (black)

the game crashes when loading full screen at start or in game and changing from window to full screen.... and other issue is when playing and something pops up in windows and im in window mode, the screen flickers black, ui stays up just fine but the graphics goes black in certain angles and other angles its just fine. i dont understand it, i tried to look it up on forum but i cant seem to find a fix. figured id ask here and check back in a lil bit. and i have it running on one processor. this only happen on this server btw.
