Donor Effects not working on Bots

Hail Noble Adventurers!
Today I noticed that neither the sk donor effect nor the shammy donor effect were working on bots. I have the latest spell files,, and I get the message that they are covered by the effect, but nothing happens.
I heard another complain of the same issue during this day, but I can't remember who that was. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Understand, it seems to work just fine when the group is all pc's,, but bots aren't getting healed.
I should add that it doesn't look like pets are benefitting either,, when in the past I believe they have if I thought to cast it on them.
