Locked Zones?

Anyone have a list of the locked zones here? From what I've read it sounds like the LoY zones are locked (which is a shame, loved Dulaks, Nadox, and Hate's Fury). Any others? Are many Darkhollow zones open?

Darkhollow zones are not locked to my knowledge, but there is nothing to do in them as they not spawned - totally empty - except Dreadspire.
VT is locked, not sure of others

Well anything around Alt-p is locked so that nothing gets into Alt-p that shouldnt.
A lot of misc zones are locked because some of us found stuff in there that shouldnt have been there.
As for a complete list I dont think anyone has actually taken the time to put one out.
