zone connection maps

Anyone have a link for a zone connection map? I played on live from launch in 99 and stopped playing around 2002 or whenever Planes of Power came out and i have not been able to find a good resource page for maps and zone connections. Eq atlas only goes up to planes of power, I would love to find a updated zone connection map for THF.
