Looking to join/create CST-based guild!

Hello!
I am looking to join or create a US CST-based guild. I usually box 3-5 characters, and will probably end up running five to cover any holes. I would like to do organized content with a couple of players, or a single player who likes to box, whatever works. There is just some content I cannot do without relying on others (fights with two tanks, fights that need a cleric), but the most important thing is that we agree on how we play the game.
I have done all fights through T7, half of HoH, and Nadox.
