MoP Looking to Merge with Smaller Guilds...

Hello all:
Are you the leader of a small guild? Have only a dozen or less active players?
Ministry of Pain; quite possibly one of the longest running guilds, with over 14 years active in Everquest has made its home here at THF and plans to stay! Run by the original SOE Live leaders and officers, our goal is to become one of the top guilds on THF as we once were on multiple servers on LIVE.
We are seeking guild leaders of smaller guilds that want to become a part of something larger to consider a guild merge.
What this would mean: Your entire guild gets invited as members of Ministry of Pain. Your leader and officers of his/her choosing would become officers of Ministry of Pain and obtain admin priviledges to our website to setup and edit raid schedules etc.
We would expect all members to observe our "no drama" policy. We will not tolerate people causing trouble, harassing, bullying, or causing any form of grief for our, or any THF players. We do not like trouble. We also expect all members to be in observance of THF rules, no trolling, no exploiting, no hacking, etc. These things are all we really ask. Basically, if you or your friends don't seek to ruin other's gaming enjoyment you'll probably fit right in.
As far as we are concerned: Most people in MoP have lives and families. We are mostly adults. We wish for people to behave maturely and understand that not ALL members can be on everyday. Sometimes jobs, children, spouses, and life in general interferes with our online time. Basically, we just want people to respect others.
As of now we are a tight knit group, a family of friends if you will. We haven't had any major issues in a couple months and would like to keep it so.
We are seeking smaller guilds with a decent bunch of players, that can meet these standards, to become a part of MoP as a whole. We do not wish to lord over anyone, just expand the base of active players we can raid with regularly and share more playtime with others since again, everyone has their own schedule.
We are multi-box friendly and hope to also find some that are endgame that wouldn't mind helping out with the many newer players [to THF not EQ that is] that we often recruit.
PM me if you have any questions; or are interested so we can make arrangements.
Lets take THF to the next level together!
